Welcome to Wild Shed Sauna Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our facilities, services, and website. By booking, purchasing, or using our sauna services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

General Use of Facilities

All users must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
You must follow all safety instructions provided by staff or displayed on signage.
Use of the sauna is at your own risk. Wild Shed Sauna Ltd accepts no liability for injury, illness, or loss of personal property unless caused by our proven negligence.
You are responsible for ensuring you are fit and able to use sauna facilities. If in doubt, please consult a medical professional before use.

Bookings and Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or at our premises.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.

Memberships

Memberships are offered on a rolling monthly basis and are billed automatically each month.
By signing up for a membership, you agree that your subscription will auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
To cancel, you must provide one full month’s notice in writing (email or letter).
No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Cancellations and Refunds

Standard bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
In the event of closure due to maintenance, health and safety, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer rescheduled sessions or credit.

Health and Safety

Everyone must sign a health waiver before entering the sauna.
You can not enter the sauna if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You can not enter the sauna if you are pregnant.
If you have a medical condition such as cardiovascular issues please seek medical advice before use.
Please bring and use a towel when using the sauna.
Appropriate swimwear or suitable attire must be worn at all times.

Code of Conduct

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
Abusive, antisocial, or unsafe conduct will result in removal from the premises without refund.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within or near the sauna area.

Liability

Wild Shed Sauna Ltd is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
